Griddle station, crepe station, made to order eggs, toaster bar with fresh baked breads, dessert extravaganza, specialty coffee drinks, and more. Featured items include Japanese souffle pancakes, corned beef Reuben benedict, specialty sliders (chicken fried steak biscuit, chicken and waffles), and much more!
Pop-up restaurant dinners showcase seniors who are planning and executing restaurant events as their senior capstone projects; menus are 100% student planned and led. Proceeds of ticket sales support field trips, special projects, participation in and support of community events, equipment replacements and upgrades, and much more.
