Let’s do brunch! Please join us for a vegan brunch at our home in Eagle. Feel free to bring a breakfast or lunch dish to share, but not necessary to attend! We’re tentatively planning a menu of minis for ease of eating and socializing…think mini quiches, mini muffins, mini baked oatmeal cups, etc. please RSVP no later than noon on Monday, January 26th. Update! I failed to mention that this will be adults only. Hope to see lots of you there!
