Spend your morning learning the art of sourdough while enjoying a beautiful brunch bar featuring sourdough pancakes, muffins, scones, and more. Sip on refreshing mocktails while we walk step-by-step through starter care, mixing, shaping, and baking a sourdough loaf.You’ll mix your own dough in class, add in your choice of sweet or savory inclusions, and take it home to finish rising, then bake it!
It’s three hours of learning, connection, and fun. Perfect for a girls’ morning or just treating yourself.
You’ll leave with:
→ Healthy, active sourdough starter
→ Freshly mixed dough, ready to ferment & bake
→ A head full of knowledge
→ Continual support from me, your sourdough BFF

There are two ticket options:
1. JUST THE BASICS: $110
- The class

- Stainless steel bowl + stainless steel dough whisk
- Dough to mix in class and take home to bake
- A jar of my sourdough starter “Martha”
2. UPGRADED: $140
- All of the above plus:
- A complete sourdough kit (banneton basket + liner, lame, bench scraper, and my Sourdough for Beginners booklet)
