In a world shaken by climate crisis, war, and rising authoritarianism, Years That Answer confronts a pressing, universal question: How do we hold on to hope? Inspired by Zora Neale Hurston’s line “There are years that ask questions, and years that answer,” BRUECKEN craft an album that turns instrumental post-rock into a resonant chamber for social reflection. The result is a work that feels both introspective and forward-facing, a testament to a band unafraid to evolve.

PHAL:ANGST from Vienna emerged in 2006 from the collaboration between the industrial-punk duo PHAL and the ambient/noise solo project PROJEKT ANGST. They later added a bass player, evolving their unique sound that blends bleak atmospheres, driving rhythms, and intense visual projections.
Five albums (a sixth is on it's way for 2026), one soundtrack, one remix album – their live shows are a powerful and distinctive audiovisual experience.
