Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Yorkshire Dales where we will be walking, wild swimming and encouraging re-connection to nature and your personal wellbeing. You will be nurtured with a delicious, home-cooked lunch at the award-winning Brownie Barn where we will return for tea and brownies at the end of our walk, taking in stunning Dales views. Perfect for both complete beginners and more experienced wild swimmers, this sensory day-long experience will introduce you to some of the most beautiful scenery and swimming in the Dales, leaving you feeling rested, restored and re-energised.
Retreat Date: Friday, May 8th 2026 from 10am to approx 4.30pm. Venue: Wharfedale, Yorkshire Dales (full details sent out after confirmation of booking).
Retreat Cost: £79 per person which includes lunch and afternoon tea and cake. Places are limited to 12 people (a ratio of 1:6)
