Join us at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church for a special Mass & Brown Scapular Enrollment Blessing and Investiture on the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
The Brown Scapular is a beloved Catholic sacramental and a visible sign of devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. During this special ceremony, participants will be formally enrolled in the Brown Scapular and invested according to the traditions of the Carmelite Order. The Brown Scapular serves as a reminder of our call to follow Jesus Christ in the footsteps of Mary and to entrust ourselves to her maternal care.

🕔 4:30 PM check in/pick up pre-orders, Mass at 5:00 PM with brown scapular blessing immediately following. Time and weather permitting we may head to the grotto afterwards to pray the rosary.
