Shake off the long summer and step outside for a little midweek reset as the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council’s Brown Bag Concert Series returns to downtown Monroe!
Join us Wednesday, October 7, from noon–1 PM at Palace Park, 220 DeSiard Street, for a free outdoor performance by Clay LaBeff.
An award-winning singer/songwriter and recording artist, Clay is known for his beautiful baritone voice, rockin’ country guitar, and original songs rooted in everyday life — the joy, the heartbreak, and everything in between. His high-energy performances have made him a regional favorite and earned him recognition as the 2025 NELA Male Performer and Entertainer of the Year.
Bring your lunch, a lawn chair, or a picnic blanket and spend your lunch hour with us. A limited number of $6 box lunches from Newk’s will also be available on site.
Brown Bag Concerts are FREE and open to the public.
