Brotherhood Gauntlet Challenge

My name is Coach Lou and I created the Brotherhood Boot Camp Guanlet Challenge. It is a high intesity, team driven, workout challenge course just for MEN! A mix of running and a series of different exercises to challenge you physically and mentally! This will be like nothing you've experienced and will definitely get you moving in the right direction towards your health goals. Also will meet amazing men that are looking to push themselves and fellow brothers towards a common goal and that's being better men then we were yesterday! The class will include a preworkout drink and a protein shake for after! This is the challenge for you! I need to see you here brothers! LETS GOOO! Please wear black workout clothes.
