The Brothas Like Us: Mens Wellness Initiative is designed to provide a supportive, discussion-based environment for men of color to address and navigate the unique mental health challenges they face in today's society. This program aims to create a safe space for open dialogue, education and community support, focusing on the most prevalent issues impacting men of color in today's society. This initiative functions on an ongoing, in person, open format, with bi-monthly meetings of 1 1/2 to 2 hour disussion sessions addressing specific topics and the most pressing issues as identified by its participants.
