🎨🌈 Brookton Street Art Event 2026Let's Paint Robinson Road Brighter, Bolder & Safer!
For the first time ever, Brookton is transforming one of its main streets into a vibrant community artwork — and everyone is invited to be part of it!
From 16–18 June 2026, Robinson Road will become a giant canvas as local artist Claire Buckley leads the creation of a colourful street mural designed to celebrate Brookton's identity, creativity and community spirit.
This isn't just about painting a road.
It's about bringing people together, creating something we can all be proud of, making our town safer for pedestrians, and showing what can happen when a community rolls up its sleeves and works side by side.

We're calling on:
✨ Local clubs
✨ Sporting groups
✨ Community organisations
✨ Schools and youth groups
✨ Businesses and their teams
✨ Families, friends and individuals
Whether you can spare an hour or half a day, every helping hand makes a difference.
No artistic experience is needed — just enthusiasm and community spirit!
All paints, materials, guidance and safety briefings will be provided.

We'll keep our volunteers fuelled with free hot soup and snacks throughout the event, so come along, get involved and enjoy the atmosphere.

We're particularly keen to hear from local clubs, businesses and community groups who would like to bring a team along and be part of this exciting project.
