Each Brooksby Acting Lab class is a 2-hour journey of play, practice, and performance.

Technique Bite → A simple, practical tool you can use straight away.
Dynamic exercises → to build trust, imagination, and presence.
Scene Work → Rehearse and perform the same scene in pairs/small groups.
Multiple Runs → Try it again with feedback and see your growth in real time.
Cool-Down → Reflect, release, and close the session together.
