Join us at the House of Hibernica in Pelham Bay every Sunday from 8am-9am for a Bronx Flow yoga session led by the one and only Miss Pivotal. This class blends mindful movement, breath, and strength into a flow that’s welcoming for all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat.

Each week, we feature different brand partners to bring their wellness-forward energy into a morning built around movement, recovery and community.

Expect a grounded, feel-good flow, good music, and a room full of neighbors moving together. Come as you are, take what you need from the practice, and leave feeling lighter than you walked in.
