Bromley & Chislehurst Walk & Talk

Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to:

· get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route

· improve their mental health and wellbeing

· make new friends and feel part of a community

We meet on the path by the Hook Farm Road car park in Norman Park. This is the car park furthest away from the running track.

There is a tarmac path all the way round the park. At the end of the walk, some of us stop for a coffee and chat at the trackside café.
