Anyone with their heart and humanity intact likely feels the multifaceted devastation and suffering playing out in the world today.Embodiment and moving meaningfully through the world doesn’t have to always be through the prism of positivity. Your experience is allowed to be difficult and raw - as coming into truth often is.
‘Broken Open’ is an opportunity for the body to express the grief that comes with loving, caring & empathy in times of crisis, and most importantly to be held in connection & community.
Here you can bring whatever personal and/or collective grief your heart has been holding, and let it meet a supportive presence.
