Broken Lantern Beer Festival 2026

The Broken Lantern is incredibly excited to be hosting our first ever Beer Festival!

We will feature an incredible selection of craft breweries from across New Zealand, including Hallertau, Liberty, Black Sands, McLeod’s, Mount Brewing, Twofold, Canyon Brewing, Urbanaut, 8 Wired, Heyday, Cassels, Morningcider and more.

Tasting booths will be dispersed throughout the venue, upstairs and down, and we'll have a lamb spit roast going in the courtyard (in addition to our standard food fare).

The Broken Lantern will also be joining forces with Hallertau Brewery to create a special collaboration beer for the event.

Commemorative branded tasting glasses and merchandise will be available to patrons of the event, plus we'll also have a prize raffle, a flash tattoo artist, and live music to cap off the event.

This event is a must for fans of local crafty deliciousness, and we can't wait to see you here for it.
