Saturday 9/13/25

• 9:00 am Check-In
• 9:30 am Start Time
• 1:00 pm Lunch on your own (Food is NOT available to purchase on campus, please bring your own or have transportation to get food)
• 2:15 pm Second Block
• 5:15 pm Dinner on your own
• 6:30 pm Third Block
• 9:00 pm Dismissal (to return Sunday morning)

Sunday 9/14/25

• 9:00 am First Block
• 12:00 pm Lunch on your own (Food is NOT available to purchase on campus, please bring your own or have transportation to get food)
• 1:15 pm Second Block
• 4 :00 pm Setting the Ensemble / Load
• 5:00 pm First meeting of the 2026 Ensemble
• 6:00 pm Dismissal

All necessary instruments will be provided. Do not bring your own.

Battery: Please bring sticks and practice pad.

$ 50.00 covers both days.
