Hailing from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the “Land of the Frozen Chosen'', Scarlett has always had an ear for electronic music. In a community surrounded by 80’s cover bands and country musicians, Michigan’s Upper Peninsula wasn’t exactly known for their influence in anything electronic music. Because of that, Traveling became the norm for her to find opportunities in music throughout the Midwest of the USA. From Minneapolis to Chicago, Amsterdam and beyond, Scarlett has been billed alongside international acts like Shiba San, Will Clarke, Wreckno, Qbert, Gene Farris, Tinlicker, Zedd, Hiroko Yamamura, Jevon Jackson, and Lady D, as well as USA mainstays like Fortune, Psycho Bitch, Max Low, Tee So, and Larry Peace.
Scarlett’s passion for creating musical experiences expanded beyond the DJ booth, and in 2018, Scarlett joined the team at A.Part, a BIPOC female-owned midwest promotional and artist management company assisting with events production, marketing, and logistics. By working alongside A.Part, she quickly became driven to bring awareness to tough social issues that plague the music scene - Body positivity and acceptance, gender expansive bookings, as well as creative inclusive & safe dance floors.
