TIMOTHY HUGHES: Hughes was deemed a “breakout star” by the Los Angeles Times for his work in the Broadway musical Hadestown, which won the 2019 Tony for Best Musical. Prior to Hadestown, he originated the role of Pabbie in Disney’s Frozen on Broadway after making his debut in Chaplin: The Musical. He has toured with Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and performed at regional theaters across the country. Favorites include Goodspeed Opera, The MUNY, Cincinnati Playhouse, St. Louis Repertory, Musical Theatre Wichita, and LA Opera. On screen, he is best known for his work as the Strongman in the movie-musical The Greatest Showman starring Hugh Jackman. He has appeared on “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” and will appear in Season 2 of “And Just Like That.” Hughes graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and is the founder of the performing arts program Performer’s Puzzle.
