Broadway Bound is a premiere summer day-camp experience for incoming Kindergarten students through incoming Seniors in High School who are interested in developing their “triple-threat” skill set, building confidence, learning stage presence, and making lasting memories! Operated by Westlake Music Academy, It will take place at Conejo Players Theatre in Thousand Oaks.
Our campers are taught by professionals in musical theater, working with each age group to teach them technique in singing, acting, and dance, and preparing for a showcase performance at the end of the session.
They’ll learn selections from exciting musicals, develop audition skills, work with live accompanists, practice improv, become familiar with theater tech, dive into music theory, and get one-on-one singing lessons from the vocal coaches of WMA to learn broadway-style vocal technique.
