Britomart-based The Research Agency (TRA) recently did a 180-degree turn on their office interiors, transforming them from a glossy showroom designed for stage-managing client interactions to a warm haven that invites them into the heart of the business.

The firm operates a fully flexible workplace policy, but is finding their new design is enticing more people to come in and remember the benefits of working in person.
