The 11th annual British Undergraduate Dental Research Conference 2026: Oral Clues to Systemic Truths!
The highly anticipated British Undergraduate Dental Research Conference is back on Saturday 7th February 2026, and better than ever before!

For our 11th annual conference we are striving to build upon the successes of last year and get to the root of it all. This special event is not one to be missed!
Over 95% of delegates graded the past conference as excellent and an event they would attend again; thus the first ever national undergraduate dental research conference of its kind in the UK proved that dental students would travel from all corners of the country to learn and shape the future of dentistry.
BUDRC 2026 highlights will include:
- Inspirational DentTalks (in Ted-talk style)
- An interactive dental discussion with panellists
- More varied hands-on workshops than ever before - including 'Endodontics', 'Orthodontics' and more!
- The BSODR Mike Edgar Research competition with a £600 cash prize
- A clinical case competition with a prize (Pair of Q-Optics Loupes sponsored by Swallow Dental)
- Our famous Dental Debate
- An opportunity to network with world renowned speakers and influencers in the dental world
- Free lunch and refreshments
- A trade fair with the opportunity to speak to leading companies about how they can shape your future
