Come on, let's get together and make that cake! In this class everyone makes their own full-sized British Christmas cake. This is a three-step process: baking (October 19 10am), coating with home-made marzipan (December 710am) and finally applying the royal icing (December 14 at 10am). We will also provide you with step by step recipes for the cake, the marzipan and the royal icing!
