Last year the mission committee organized a day of fellowship and sewing to create "Little Dresses for Africa". It was a huge success, and we will now be creating "Britches for Boys". We have a simple pattern to create shorts using a t-shirt and some elastic. This project will take place in Fellowship Hall on Saturday, March 29, from 9 until noon. Please bring a sewing machine if you are able. Ways you can help include: donate a used t-shirt, donate money for purchasing elastic or shipping costs (It costs $2 for every pair of pants to be shipped to Africa), donate your time helping us create these pants for boys in Africa. This mission event is open to everyone - join us!
