Brisket Smoke-off

Think you’ve got what it takes?
We’re hosting our first-ever Brisket Smoke-Off at The Rancher’s Daughter, and we’re looking for a mix of serious competitors and backyard smokers to step up and bring their best.
This isn’t a formal BBQ circuit event.
It’s local, it’s competitive, and it’s built around one thing: great beef done right.
Event Details
Date: June 24
Time: 5:00–8:00 PM
Location: The Rancher’s Daughter (parking lot during the farmer’s market)
You’ll be cooking and serving in front of a high-traffic crowd, with attendees sampling and voting throughout the evening.
How It Works
Each competitor will smoke a Rancher’s Daughter brisket
Guests will purchase tasting tickets and vote for their favorite
The competitor with the most votes wins People’s Choice
We’ll also have a small judges panel awarding a secondary prize.
