Get ready for the Brisket Showdown presented by Jerrod Sessler- where brisket lovers go head-to-head in a wild eating contest to see who can devour their tender, smoky brisket the quickest.Compete in the eating showdown- Cowboys & Cowgirls under 15, or the Adult Divisions for Men and Women. It’s good clean family fun on a weeknight, and a chance to win some great prizes, all the way up to the Brisket Showdown Finale on July 4th, where there are some massive prizes on the line- 100 pounds of premium Eastern Washington beef, dinner for a year, the ultimate Brisket Showdown Trophy, and more!
