It’s no secret, we love our barbecue at The 7th Tap. So, we decided to brew a beer named after our favorite cut of smoked perfection. Introducing Brisket, a bold new IPA crafted right here at The Seventh Tap Brewing Project. (Don’t worry, no actual brisket was harmed in the making of this beer, just pure hoppy deliciousness!)
