Join us on Sunday, January 26th, for this 4 hour class hosted in Aledo at Dayne’s Craft Barbecue, where Dayne Weaver of Dayne’s Craft Barbecue walks you step-by-step through his process of creating melt in your mouth brisket. From sourcing quality meat and fire management, to trimming and seasoning- he’ll cover it all!
Attendees will receive a BBQ FEAST in addition to three beers from our bar.
