The 2025 Briscoe Ranch BBQ Cook-off is set for December 12-13, 2025 at the Uvalde County Fairplex. Hosted by South Texas CattleWomen and produced by Uvalde Festival and Events Association, teams will compete for over $30,000 in prize money in categories of Brisket, Pork, Ribs, Chicken and Ribeye Steak.
