OUR BIGGEST AND BEST SOCIAL SWEAT EVENT EVER

Celebrating Christmas the SOF way: combining Saturday Social Sweat with a Christmas party. First and foremost, the workout: join us in the morning for a circuit (details below), we'll then be kicking off with our SOF Christmas party once all workouts have been completed, handing over the BBQ tongs to Nick and Sam for an epic feast and a social hangabout.

Throughout the workouts, we'll be setting challenges and awarding prizes (some valued over $3500... stay tuned) donated by our favourite brands and there might even be a SOF contribution in there somewhere. To be in the chance to win, all you need to do is show up to the event, bring as many friends along with you and dig deep!

Sessions running @ 5:30am, 6am, 6:30am, 7am and 7:30am - circuit workout will last 45 min, including a core activation to begin, SWEAT session before finishing off with a run. Head back to HQ for an ice bath dip, coffee and check out our huge array of partnered brands (all be be announced soon!). All attendees will receive a goodie bag.
