Brisbane Kids Cross Country and Running Coaching

Designed by accredited coaches and based on research in children’s physical development, our program is safe, fun, and driven by passion! Tailored specifically for kids aged 7-13, we focus on:

• Age-appropriate training to enhance speed, endurance, strength, and agility
• Fun activities that develop self-confidence and resillience for well-being
• A supportive environment that encourages friendship and personal growth

We're now taking bookings for the following sessions:

• 5:20-6:00 pm Wednesday

Book-in early to avoid missing out.

Our planned schedule is outlined in the image above. As an overview, there are upto 10-sessions across the week at different times throughout the year:

Weekday: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

• Timetable: Earlier (5:20-6:00 pm), Later (6:10-6:50pm)
• Location: Queensland Sports and Athletics Centre, Kessels Rd Nathan 4111

Rather than paying at each session, weekly, or per term, you can sign up for coaching on a month to month basis:

• Pricing: the price you see is how much you pay for the Monthly Ticket
• Tickets: you can attend weekly sessions within the same month indicated on the ticket
• Sessions: select a start date at checkout and attend on the same day each week
