Hi everyone! We’re excited to announce our second meetup of the year, our Jfashion picnic! Join us for a fun afternoon of snacks, chats, boardgames, raffle prizes and a trinkets/accessory swap 💖
Entry fee: a gold coin donation which includes a raffle ticket to our Jfashion themed raffle!
Activities: At the picnic we will have a raffle, board games as well as the return of our accessory and trinket swap.
BYO: Picnic blanket, sunscreen and snacks! We will be providing some snacks, drinks and spare blankets. We’re aiming for a casual family picnic vibe so nothing super extravagant is necessary foodwise!
Please note: if you’re bringing snacks to share, please have a sign or the food packaging listing what’s in it so people are aware for their food intolerances/allergies. We’re not responsible for people’s dietary requirements, so we ask that people take care with this and bring your own food if you have any food restrictions you need to keep in mind. There’s Coles and some other nearby shops if you need to grab something as well.
Age restrictions:
Please note that minors 15 years old and under must be accompanied by a guardian, we are not responsible for supervising minors.
Accessibility:
The picnic will be held in the backyard of House Conspiracy. There is a ground level bathroom however this is not wheelchair accessible, the nearby West Village shopping precinct and Coles West End on the same street as House Conspiracy both have wheelchair accessible toilets.
