Drop by anytime to get a taste of ALTAR so you can connect more deeply to yourself and other women, and leave feeling whole, supported, and more like YOU. Our space is designed to encourage intentional breaks to renew focus and creativity so you can move through the day in a way that is equal parts productivity and pleasure. This month's theme is Restore Your Energy, Reclaim Yourself.

Timeline of the Day:

9 - 10am | Coffee, Conversation and Coworking: Take your time settling in and taking care of anything you need to start your day! Whether it's catching up on emails, fitting in your meditation practice, or more, this is the perfect time to get ready for your day at ALTAR.

10 - 10:30am | Welcome & Opening Circle: Meet our team and your fellow attendees in this casual opening circle where you can set your intentions for the day.

10:30am - 12pm | Reclaiming Wholeness with Liz Coffey: In this interactive session, Liz Coffey explores the roles that can quietly consume our energy and invites participants to reconnect with themselves as whole people, not just capable doers. Through reflection and conversation, you’ll identify small, practical ways to dial back what drains you and create space for what restores and energizes you.

12:15 - 1:15pm | Community Lunch with Food by Fare: Enjoy nourishing conversation over a delicious lunch! Select the RSVP with Lunch Included ticket on our website ( https://www.altarcommunity.com/event-details/chicago-womens-coworking-open-house ) to enjoy lunch prepared by Food by Fare. Attendees are also welcome to bring your own lunch to eat with the group.

1:30 - 2:45pm | Food: More than Fuel with Erica Gutierrez, RD: This session explores how food becomes energy in the body, from digestion to the role of the gut microbiome and the nutrients that fuel our cells. We’ll also reflect on our relationship with food and how simple shifts in how and what we eat can support lasting energy and vitality.

3:15 - 4:30pm | Unstoppable: Breathwork for Energy, Power & Presence with Kristi Battalini: Close the day with this powerful workshop where you will learn how to use your breath as a power tool. You’ll use guided breathing to visualize, energize, and create the life you actually want instead of just thinking about it.
