Got a buddy who's been meaning to try our classes but somehow always 'forgets to sign up.'😉 Well, here's their chance! Join us for Bring a Friend Week January 6-12. This is your chance to share the workouts you love with your friends- completely FREE for them!How it Works:
Members can bring as many friends as they want, and each guest can come with you to as many classes as they'd like during the week. It's a great opportunity for newcomers to experience our gym, our workouts, and our incredible community-no strings attached!

•Class reservations ARE REQUIRED to help us keep everyone safe and ensure we have the space and coaching attention needed. Please email [email protected] to book a spot for you and your buddy!
•All guests must sign a waiver.
