The BRING A BOO Event is set to be a ghoulishly good time, and we'd love to see you there! Here's what you need to know:
Dress to Impress:
Friend can train for free if dressed in a costume! Get creative, channel your inner ghoul, and come dressed in your most spooktacular attire. Whether you're a ghost, a superhero, or a zombie, the choice is yours! Please note that gloves will not be provided, so be sure to bring your own or pick up a pair before the event.
Costume Contest:
In the spirit of the season, we'll be hosting a Costume Contest with fabulous prizes up for grabs! Show off your costume and have a chance to win some fantastic rewards. We can't wait to see your creative outfits.
Fun and Fitness:
While we're all about having a blast, we're also here to get moving and stay fit. Our BRING A BOO workouts are designed to be both enjoyable and effective. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, these sessions are suitable for all levels.
