Brilliant Women: The Time Is Now

A powerful day of coaching, confidence and conversation

This June I’m bringing together a small group of women in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter for a powerful day of reflection, coaching and honest conversation.

In my work with women across organisations, leadership spaces and coaching programmes, one theme shows up again and again:

Extraordinary women who are capable, experienced and talented… yet still question themselves more than they should.

This day creates the space to pause, think differently and step forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Held in the heart of Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, this intimate event will bring together just eight women for a day of powerful thinking and practical tools that can be applied immediately in work and life.

GULP’s intimate dining room is an exclusive destination in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. Set within a Grade II listed building, its beautifully considered interior and soft, atmospheric lighting create the perfect setting for Brilliant Women.

Founded by food and sensory artist Kaye Winwood, GULP offers more than dining. During the day, guests will experience a curated sensory menu of aromatics, food and drink, designed to nourish the soul, enliven the palate, and awaken your brilliance.

Together we’ll explore themes including:

• Confidence, self-esteem and self-worth — understanding how they shape how we show up

Reconnect with your values and step into your brilliance

• Inner narratives and the inner critic — recognising the stories we tell ourselves

• Boundaries and intention — making decisions that align with your values and priorities. The power of NO!

• Coaching tools for life and work — practical questions that unlock thinking and direction
