Brilliant Women: The Time Is Now

A powerful day of coaching, confidence and conversation

This June I’m bringing together a small group of women in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter for a powerful day of reflection, coaching and honest conversation.

In my work with women across organisations, leadership spaces and coaching programmes, one theme shows up again and again:

Extraordinary women who are capable, experienced and talented… yet still question themselves more than they should.

This day creates the space to pause, think differently and step forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Held in the heart of Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, this intimate event will bring together just eight women for a day of powerful thinking and practical tools that can be applied immediately in work and life.

Together we’ll explore themes including:

• Confidence, self-esteem and self-worth — understanding how they shape how we show up
• Inner narratives and the inner critic — recognising the stories we tell ourselves
• Speaking up and personal influence — communicating ideas and perspectives with confidence
• Boundaries and intention — making decisions that align with your values and priorities. The power of NO!
• Coaching tools for life and work — practical questions that unlock thinking and direction
