About this Event
Armstrong is the author of How To Gut A Fish, a collection of short stories, and Falling Animals, a novel. Her work has been translated into over ten languages and nominated for the Irish Book Awards, the Society of Authors Awards, the Kate O’Brien Award, the Edge Hill Prize, the RSL Ondaatje Prize and the European Union Prize for Literature. Her second novel, The Red Mouth, will be released in 2026. Armstrong undertook a three-month residency at the Literarisches Colloquium Berlin (LCB) as part of Zeitgeist Irland 24, a landmark year of Irish arts and culture in Germany.
