Join us for a morning on the Roof Terrace with movement, mindfulness and panoramic sea views, as Rockwater Life partners with the Brighton Wellness Festival for an exclusive session. Part of the city’s week-long celebration of holistic health, this morning is about what Rockwater Life does best: community-led fitness, restorative movement and conscious living. 

The Lineup: 

• 9am – 9.30am Mat Pilates with Millie Starcke from Reformer Collective
• 9.35 am – 10.05am Creative yoga flow with Holly Cooper 
• 10.10am – 10.40am Conscious Connected Breathwork with Carolina Rose
