Physical Conditioning for Tennis – All Levels
Join us every Wednesday from 8:00–9:00 pm in Brighton for a high-energy Physical Conditioning session designed specifically for tennis players.
This session is open to all levels.
No racket required.
What is this session about?
In tennis training, we often focus heavily on strokes and racket skills — forehands, backhands, serves — but we rarely dedicate enough time to moving better to play better.
This class is all about:
- ✅ Physical conditioning
- ✅ Footwork & movement efficiency
- ✅ Coordination & agility
- ✅ Speed, balance & body control
There is no racket work in this session. The goal is to build a stronger, faster, and more coordinated body that translates directly onto the tennis court.
This is a weekly recurring session, happening every Wednesday, and it’s designed to challenge you and help you improve your overall tennis performance.
What to bring
- ✔️ A positive attitude and readiness to work hard
- ✔️ Comfortable sports clothing & proper training shoes
- ✔️ Electrolytes / water
- ✔️ Be well fueled eat 1–2 hours before training
Please note:
This is a physically demanding session. Everyone who signs up should expect to be challenged the work is tough, but it’s all part of becoming a better tennis player while still enjoying the process.
