Led by fitness coach Charlotte Lahaise, this relaxed, social run is all about moving together and having fun - no pressure, just friendly faces and a supportive atmosphere as you break a sweat.

Meet at our Brighton store

2km easy-paced run down to the seafront

10-minute bodyweight workout

2km run back to the store to finish strong

MEET YOUR HOST

Charlotte is a passionate fitness instructor who loves the energy that comes from training as a community. With a background in running and Hyrox, she’ll guide the session and keep motivation high throughout.
