Tentative depending on responses-Brighton High School Class of 1970 55th reunion
Looking at comments, dates and recent BHS Class Reunions I would like to make the following recommendations.
The last 3 days of the Adams County Fair are August 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
On Friday August1st I would propose a mixer at the Copper Rail in Brighton beginning at 3:00pm. This should be early enough to beat any crowd. No dinner would be planned but classmates can order from the menu. Very casual!
We could plan a golf outing on Friday or Saturday.
On Saturday we can secure a pavilion for a family pot luck at the Adams County Fairgrounds. Then take advantage of any entertainment at the fair that evening.
These options are budget friendly allow for maximum fun with classmates controlling individual expenses.
As for possibly going to the Brighton homecoming they may not set the date in time for our traveling classmates to make plans.
Before a final decision I would like to see your comment and any classmates who want to help finalize plans please reply with your comments.
Also if you would like to golf please reply so we can reserve Tee times.
