Here at Life Love Cheese, we are all about supporting mental health. That's why our tagline is "Eat Cheese. Be Happy." While cheese can bring happiness, we can use a little extra umph to increase our happiness quotient. So, we thought it would be a great idea to host a series of events focused on mental health while snacking on cheese.

In a series we are calling "Brie & Boundaries", we are partnering with Edith Block, a licensed social worker and inclusive marriage and relationship therapist, to talk about creatiing, maintaining and communicating personal boundaries.

It's hard to say "No" to things in a world where technology is moving so quickly and everyone has access to us all the time. Not only that, but most technology is designed to continuously grab and hold our attention. Of course, it's not onlu technology making us feel pulled in a million directions, it can often feel like the analog world is moving too fast.

Saying "No" to any of the things or even all the things out there can be hard. During this discussion, Edith will talk about some strategies for staying connected with the world while protecting some boundaries.

We know, it's a scary topic. So, we are poviding a mini grazing plate of comfort cheese and a sample of two wines to help you through.
