✨ Introducing Bridgton’s Hometown Holidays! ✨
Something exciting is coming to Bridgton this December!
Our annual winter celebration, formerly known as Festival of Lights and traditionally held on the first Saturday in December, is getting a new name and expanding into a full weekend of holiday festivities!
Bridgton’s Hometown Holidays
Friday, December 4 – Sunday, December 6, 2026
Don’t worry — the favorites you know and love aren’t going anywhere! Mistletoe Market, Merry Makers, visits with Santa, the community Tree Lighting, and the Parade of Lights will all remain part of Saturday’s celebration.
But this year, we're looking to make the celebration even bigger by introducing new activities and events throughout the weekend!
And that's where YOU come in!
We want to work with local businesses, organizations, artists, community groups, and residents to make Hometown Holidays a truly community-wide celebration.
Whether you're interested in hosting an activity, collaborating on an event, or simply finding a way to get involved, we'd love to hear from you!
Please reach out to Community Programs Coordinator Kat Harju at [email protected] to discuss opportunities to participate.
We're excited to build on everything people love about Festival of Lights while bringing new experiences to Bridgton!
Mark your calendars for December 4–6, and stay tuned for more details about Bridgton's Hometown Holidays!
