Join Emm and Louise for an evening of sharing, relaxation, intention-setting and movement. Igniting our fire from the embers of winter slumber to bask in the returning light. It’ll be an evening of connection, ceremony and action. A slow steady return to the world.

All equipment for Ritual & Pot Plant Ritual is provided.

Herbal teas & light snacks also provided.

Bring a Yoga mat & blanket for the stretch & meditation.
