Bridgnorth Women Circle - Autumn Equinox Evening

Celebrate the changing of the seasons with our Autumn Equinox evening. Join Emm & Louise for an evening of connection, reflection, and manifestation. This gathering is an opportunity for women to come together, share stories, and set intentions for the new season ahead.

We will start the evening with a Reflection Circle followed by a Soothing Stretch with Emm.

Louise will guide us in a home-cleansing candlelit ritual (please bring a cherished item from home, it can be anything such as a crystal, photo, teddy bear etc)

We will end the evening guided by Louise for an Autumn themed Meditation.

Bring a yoga mat & blanket.
