Bridging the Gap: Healing Conversations for Black Men & Women

This series of healing circles is a sacred space for Black men and women to have the conversations we’ve been carrying in silence. Rooted in a liberation-focused mental health lens, these circles are designed to dismantle the barriers between us, explore how systemic oppression shapes our relationships, and open pathways to deeper healing, love, and connection.

• Singles/Dating Circle: Learn to see each other beyond the wounds, unpack expectations, and reimagine liberated love.
• Married/Engaged Circle: Move from surviving together to thriving together through dialogue, truth-telling, and collective practices.

Facilitated by male and female therapists, these circles include separate breakout spaces for men and women, cross-gender reflections, and a powerful joint dialogue to close.
