Being a parent or family member of someone navigating addiction can feel like walking on eggshells. It can be difficult to know when support may help or when it may unintentionally enable. Bridges & Boundaries is a 4-part workshop series that may provide practical skills, emotional tools, and a safe space to explore ways to strengthen communication and find balance in your family life.
