For 25 years, I've had the privilege of supporting organizations across the globe including Fortune 100 organizations from every sector and size with strategy, training and coaching with a focus on developing leaders.
Bozeman is home for me now, and I created The Bridger Ascent Leadership Series to spark meaningful conversations and learning about high‑performance leadership in our community. The series is designed for leaders of scaled organizations in Montana where rapid growth and constant change are stretching capacity - and the impact is showing up in clarity, culture, and performance.

Participants will come away with practical, research-based tools they can use immediately.

Program

This session will build deeper self-awareness to understand potential leverage points and barriers with a focus on increasing capabilities to influence – í necessary competency to be an effective leader across all of our roles.
This session will take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 - from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm with lunch being provided.
