Bridge to Kindergarten Readiness

We all want young children to be successful, but messages about kindergarten readiness are often mixed and confusing. This half-day professional learning event, hosted in partnership with Action for Children and Whitehall City Schools, brings together early childhood educators and kindergarten teachers to share a clear, local understanding of what children in Whitehall need to be ready for kindergarten. Throughout the training, we'll focus on building children’s social-emotional skills and early literacy. Participants will leave with practical strategies and a stronger connection across early learning and elementary settings. This training is open to all school, center-based, and home-based educators in Whitehall serving children birth through kindergarten. This event is made possible by funding from United Way of Central Ohio.
