Welcome to the Bridge to Health Survey Conference!
Join us in person for an exciting day of insights, connections, and information as we explore the results of the 2025 Bridge to Health Survey and prepare to use the data in our work and communities. Our partners from MDH and UWS Center for Research and Evaluation Services will help attendees understand Survey methodology and how to interpret the findings. The conference will also include speakers that inspire action, and the opportunity to connect and collaborate with each other. Attendees will come away from the conference with a better undestanding of health in Northland communities.
Counties surveyed include: Aitkin County, Carlton County, Cook County, Douglas Conty (WI), Itasca County, Kanabec County, Koochiching County, Lake County, Pine County, St. Louis County, and the City of Duluth. Survey topic areas include:
- Prevalence of medical and mental health conditions
- Health-related behavior (obesity, diet, exercise, tobacco and alcohol use)
- Preventive health screenings
- Access to physical, dental, and mental health care
- Social determinants of health
