Cedar Bridge Foundation is excited to invite you to our Bridge to Fitness Walking Club, created for adults with exceptional needs and unique abilities, as well as their parents and caregivers.Bridge to Fitness is about more than exercise, it’s about promoting healthy habits, encouraging wellness, and creating opportunities for social connection within our community. Walking together helps build confidence, independence, and friendships while enjoying the beauty of Flagler County’s trails.

January 5: Lehigh Trail at 5875 Colbert Lane Palm Coast
January 12: Pellicer Creek Conservation Area Powerline Trail at 430 Princess Pl. Rd. Palm Coast
January 19: Waterfront Park Trail at 50 Waterfront Park Rd. Palm Coast
January 26: Palm Coast Central Park at 975 Central Ave Palm Coast.
